Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to EXO Global is complete, accurate, and up to date.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

While EXO Global works to prepare complete and compliant applications, we cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval, residency approval, or citizenship approval;
  • Government processing times;
  • Future legislative changes;
  • Investment performance or tax outcomes.

All immigration decisions remain at the sole discretion of the relevant government authorities.

5. Programme Information

Residency, citizenship, and investment programmes are subject to change without notice. Investment thresholds, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, government fees, processing times, and legal obligations may change as governments amend their regulations. Information published on our website is provided for general guidance and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

6. Investment Disclaimer

Certain residency programmes involve qualifying investments. EXO Global does not guarantee the performance, profitability, appreciation, or return of any investment. Investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client. Clients should obtain independent legal, financial, tax, and investment advice before making any investment. To support client applications, EXO Global may coordinate with independent third parties, including:

  • Banks and due diligence providers;

These professionals operate independently, and EXO Global is not responsible for their advice, services, actions, or omissions.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information;
  • Supply requested documentation promptly;
  • Notify EXO Global of any material changes to their circumstances;
  • Review documents before submission;
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their application.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect the outcome of an application.

9. Fees & Payments

Fees for consultations and professional services will be communicated before engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are payable according to the agreed payment schedule;
  • Government fees, legal fees, translation costs, investment costs, taxes, and third-party expenses are separate from EXO Global service fees;
  • Fees paid for services already provided are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect the outcome of an application.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the EXO Global website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, icons, website design, images, publications, guides, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to EXO Global and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

11. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information published on our website. However, we do not warrant that:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, EXO Global’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount of service fees actually paid by the client to EXO Global for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”.
