Investment options
to Get Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship
National Development Fund
Individuals have the option of making a contribution of $100,000 to the National Development Fund (NDF). This contribution is non-refundable.
Real Estate Investment
The individual has to invest up to $200,000 in any of the government-approved real estate projects. This Investment must be held for at least 5 years.
Contribution to the University of the
West Indies Fund (UWI)
Another option to become a citizen of Antigua & Barbuda is to contribute USD 150,000 to the University of West Indies Fund. This donation amount includes a family of 6 and is non-refundable.
